Rachel is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and a notary public. She supports our Corporate and Tax team with domestic and cross border incorporations and maintaining corporate minute books.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal studies.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping with her two dogs and spending time with family and friends.
